My areas of focus include: -Couples therapy -Individual therapy -Communication and relationship patterns -Anxiety -Self-esteem and self-worth.

Finding resolve within yourself amid the social pressures of society can be difficult. Good therapy can help you navigate through your emotions and fears to find resolve.
I use therapeutic approaches, such as solution focused brief therapy and narrative therapy, to help my clients identify their internal strengths and focus forward with hope. I would love to set up a consultation with you!
